Hien serves well as a tax negotiator and is well known for her real estate expertise. Her expertise in tax, commercial, construction, and real estate helps enhance the position of the clients in negotiating turn-key contracts and credit agreements in hundred-million dollar transactions such as the Tay Ninh Cement Project and Dakr'tih Hydropower Project.  Hien also advised several multi-million real estate development projects and M&A deals.
