He has advised on a number of important transactions, such as Phu My 3 Power Plant, the global merger of HP and Compaq, and Credit Agricole Indusuez's acquisition of Credit Lyonnais. He was the contact lawyer advising on day-to-day operation issues of bank and corporate clients such as ABN Amro, Deutsch Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Honda, Imerys, and Motorola. He also played a major role in advising the preparation for the first issuance of Vietnamese Government bonds to the international financial market. In addition, Hung has extensive experience of working with the Government's legal reform projects.  He has advised regulators in drafting important legislations such as the Civil Code, Civil Procedures Code, Commercial Law and Judgment Enforcement Code.
