Below are notable engagements:

Advised IFC in relation to the financing of the Wartsila Ba Ria BOT power project;
Advised IFC in relation to the financing of the Binh An BOT water project;
Advised a Japanese Group in relation to the bidding for a railway investment project;
Advised lenders in the financing of airport terminal facilities in Ho Chi Minh City;
Advised foreign developers in relation to Thu Thiem Software Park, a Hai Duong Industrial Park and a High-tech Healthcare Park in Ho Chi Minh City.
