Singapore, 27 May 2011 – VILAF won the Vietnam Deal Firm of the Year 2011 Award at the Asia Legal Business Law Awards held in Singapore on 27 May 2011.
Last month, VILAF also won the Chambers Asia Pacific Award 2011 for the Vietnam jurisdiction.

  4. Vinh Tan 3 Power Project – 3x600 MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Vinh Tan, Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam;
  5. KKR’s acquisition of 10% equity in Masan Consumer, at US$159 million, Vietnam’s largest private equity deal to date; and
  6. Standard Charter Bank Hong Kong’s syndicated term loan of US$450 million to PetroVietnam.
