VILAF’s Continued Growth of Legal Practice

VILAF is very delighted to announce the further strengthening of its legal practice with critical achievement and growth of its legal team.

VILAF is proud to announce the promotion of Mr. Bui Ngoc Anh to be the tenth partner of VILAF as of 1 October 2011. Anh Bui has made significant contribution to VILAF and has been leading teams in a number of significant corporate and M&A transactions for local and international clients. His practice also encompasses general corporate and specialist structuring advice including matters relating to the implementation of Vietnam’s accession to the WTO.

Anh Bui is highly respected and appreciated by colleagues, clients and peers. He obtained his first law degree (LLB) from Hanoi Law University in 1995, and his Doctor of Juridical Science (JSD) with distinction in 2007 from the Georgetown University Law Centre in Washington D.C. in the United States. He was a fellow of the Institute of International Economic Law in Georgetown University.

This year, Senior Associate Nguyen Anh Hao returns to the firm after his successful completion of Master in Law from the Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C., the United States in 2011. Hao is one of the trusted lawyers of VILAF and has represented various cross-border transactions in wide ranging issues such as anti-dumping, acquisitions, project financing and WTO matters.

VILAF is also very happy to welcome Ms. Tina LeDinh, a New York qualified lawyer who joins VILAF as a Senior Associate. Tina obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law Center in 2007 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2008. Before joining VILAF, she was Legal Manager of PWC Vietnam. Tina's expertise in among others, finance and banking, is highly appreciated by both local and international clients.
