Thuong is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice of VILAF. She has a wide range of experience in complex commercial disputes in areas including corporate, M&A, construction, insurance, sale of goods and capital market. Thuong also has experience in international investment dispute resolution and construction adjudication and has been involved in the preparation and negotiation of transactional documents and assisting foreign investors during the implementation of their projects in Vietnam. In 2018, Thuong conducted her traineeship at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she was involved in case management, revising AIAC Rules, amending the AIAC Standard Form Building Contracts, and drafting the Asian Institute of International Dispute Resolution Charter, and its set of rules.

• Foreign shareholders to cancel a GMS Resolution of a Vietnamese conglomerate, major in real estate business, under the auspice of VIAC
• A Malaysian shareholder against a major Chinese State-owned company in a BOT company in a number of disputes worth up to USD500 million related to certain shareholder agreements, corporate governance matters and operation of an investment project from pre-arbitration and pre-litigation phase to the arbitration proceedings at SIAC and litigation proceedings at Vietnamese Court
• A Russian Company, being the contractor in a consortium against another consortium member and the project owner, in a SIAC arbitration worth more than USD200 million in relation to the construction of a thermal power plant project
