• Advised power developers on investments, licensing, and power purchase agreements for renewable and LNG projects in Vietnam.
• Advised on the demerger of the 420MW Dau Tieng Tay Ninh solar power complex.
• Advised SCG Packaging on strategic acquisitions in Vietnam’s packaging sector, including majority investments in Duy Tan Plastics Group.
• Supported De Heus Group in legal due diligences for large-scale feed and livestock business acquisitions, including Masan and CJ Feed & Care businesses.
• Advised foreign investors in relation to investments connected with the proposed IPO of VNG.
