  • Advised Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ in a US$510 million syndicated Nexi loan to finance La Son-Tuy Loan highway project connected to Da Nang
  • Advised Citibank Japan in relation to the Nexi Facility Agreement to finance power transmission line projects by the National Power Transmission Corporation
