Decree No. 91/2020/ND-CP dated 14 August 2020 (“Decree 91”) will enter into force on 10 October 2020 and introduce important new legal requirements on advertising text messages, emails and phone calls. Decree 91 supersedes the prior anti-spam decrees (“Old Decrees”) in their entirety.
