At the Vietnam M&A Forum 2022 held at the Gem Center in Ho Chi Minh City on 23 November 2022, VILAF was named Best M&A Advisory Firm of the Year.
The Vietnam M&A Forum is a prestigious M&A event held annually by Vietnam Investment Review and Bao Dau Tu, with more than 500 attendees. The event each year also honors outstanding M&A transactions and outstanding advisory firms of the year in the country.
VILAF has advised 4 out of the 10 Outstanding M&A Deals honored by the Vietnam M&A Forum this year, namely:
- Citigroup’s sale of the retail banking business to UOB Vietnam
- E-mart’s sale of its hypermarket in Vietnam to Thaco
- Demerger of Dau Tieng Tay Ninh Solar Power Complex of B.Grimm Power and Xuan Cau
- Gamuda Land’s acquisition of Uni Galaxy Project
