On 9 December 2025, at the 17th Annual Vietnam M&A Forum themed “New Position, New Momentum” hosted at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, VILAF was once again honored as an Outstanding M&A Advisory Firm for the 2024–2025 period.  VILAF Partner Quynh Pham accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

The Vietnam M&A Forum is a premier annual event on M&A and investment opportunities in Vietnam, held by Vietnam Investment Review under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Investment with approximately 400 attendees each year.

Among prominent M&A transactions VILAF has recently advised include Royal De Heus’s US$854 million acquisition of CJ Feed & Care, a consortium’s US$354 million acquisition of 70% equity of Saigon Sports City Limited, which is the developer of the 64-hectare Saigon Sports City, an integrated township in Ho Chi Minh City, the US$185 million divestment by its major shareholders from Thien Long Group to KOKUYO Co., Ltd, and SCG Packaging Public Company’s US$108 million buy-out of Duy Tan Plastics.
