VILAF this month announced the promotions of five senior associates to counsels: Nguyen Vu Quynh Lam, Nguyen Anh Hao, Trinh Luong Ngoc, Tran Anh Hien, and Vu Le Trung. The new counsels have worked with VILAF since 2006 or 2008 respectively.
Nguyen Vu Quynh Lam was a policy researcher and law-maker of a ministerial agency of the Government of Vietnam for a number of years before joining VILAF. His focus practices are corporate, mining and energy.
Nguyen Anh Hao had a Masters of Law degree in Business and Economic Law at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC in addition to his Vietnamese degrees. His focus practices are corporate, energy, trade and real estate.
Trinh Luong Ngoc had a Masters of Law degree at Deakin University in Australia in addition to his Vietnamese degrees. His focus practices are corporate, capital markets and finance.
Vu Le Trung had a Master of Laws degree from Utrecht University, the Netherlands in addition to his Vietnamese degrees. His focus practices are banking, finance and corporate.
Tran Anh Hien had a Masters of Law degree in Transnational Law and Business University in Korea in addition to his Vietnamese degrees. His focus practices are corporate, dispute resolution and pharmaceutical.
In the same month, VILAF has promoted three lawyers to senior associates, Nguyen Thanh Tung, Nguyen Hong Ha, and Mac Phuong Khanh.
