At the 15th Vietnam M&A Forum held at the GEM Center, Ho Chi Minh City, VILAF was awarded a “Best M&A Advisory Firm” in Vietnam for the period 2009-2023. We appreciate the validation of our hard work and dedication in delivering excellent legal services to our clients.

The Vietnam M&A Forum is an annual event organized by the Vietnam Investment Review and sponsored by the Ministry of Planning and Investment. The awards recognize enterprises with outstanding M&A strategies and leading M&A advisory firms that have played a pivotal role in shaping the country’s M&A landscape.

The 15th Vietnam M&A Forum also honored the 10 Most Prominent M&A Transactions and the 10 Most Prominent “Outbound” M&A Transactions (transactions where buyers are local investors and sellers are foreign investors) in Vietnam for the period 2009-2023. VILAF advised 3 of the 10 Most Prominent M&A Transactions, and 4 of the 10 Most Prominent “Outbound” M&A Transactions named on the lists.
