Recognized by Legal 500 as a “Leading Associate” in Corporate and M&A, Hai is a highly regarded practitioner in high-stakes inbound M&A, particularly in real estate and energy. He has been advising foreign investors, private equity funds, and multinational corporations on cross-border transactions in Vietnam since 2008.

Hai holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Dundee, UK (2014, Merit). His expertise spans private and public M&A, joint ventures, cross-border commercial contracts, and corporate governance, including compliance and anti-corruption. His M&A and corporate experience covers diverse sectors such as education, healthcare, real estate, consumer and retail, financial services, and energy.
