VILAF was honored to co-sponsor Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026), organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with Vietnam Lawyers’ Association from 25–29 May 2026.

As Vietnam continues to strengthen its position as a leading destination for investment and cross-border commerce, effective dispute resolution mechanisms have never been more important. VAW 2026 provided a timely and impactful forum for advancing dialogue on arbitration, mediation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

Bringing together government representatives, arbitration and mediation institutions, business leaders, legal practitioners, academics, and international experts, the week featured more than a dozen conferences, seminars, and roundtable discussions held concurrently in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.  

VILAF Partner Hien Tran contributed to the program as moderator of the panel discussion “Managing Commercial Disputes: Practice and User Perspectives,” facilitating insightful conversations on dispute prevention, management strategies, and the evolving expectations of dispute resolution users.

VILAF remains committed to supporting initiatives that promote excellence in dispute resolution, strengthen legal institutions, and enhance Vietnam’s attractiveness as a trusted venue for resolving commercial disputes in the region.
