VILAF advised the US$605 million Sale of Nexif Energy’s Energy Assets to Ratch Group

VILAF has advised Nexif as Vietnamese law counsel on the US$605 million sale of its portfolio of renewable energy assets to Ratch Group.  The owners of Nexif Energy are funds managed by Denham Capital and Nexif.

The US$1 billion enterprise value portfolio includes 2.7GW renewable energy assets held in Vietnam, Australia, Thailand, and the Philippines.  In Vietnam, the portfolio includes multiple operating solar, wind and hydro power plants.

The VILAF team advising the transaction included Partner Duyen Ha Vo, Senior Associate Hanh Hien Nguyen, Associate Nhung Trinh and Associate Nghiem Nguyen.
